Our goal is to give you, the adviser, opportunity to grow your business and to have more time to spend with your clients, by taking on the time-consuming administration work that may be currently holding you back.
IFA Admin Solutions was established in 2013 by Nicola Hession-Kent (Owner and Director) to fill a gap in the market for outsourced admin support dedicated to financial advisers.
Nicola has worked in the Financial Services sector for over 15 years. During her time, she has been lucky enough to see the sector from all angles, from being an administrator for IFA firms generating quotes, new business submissions, chasing product providers for information, making sure policies are put on risk in a timely manner, commission reconciliation amongst other duties. She worked in a large product provider working in the call centre in the collections, funds merger and bonus mailing teams. She moved into the Brand and Communications department dealing with rebranding, working closely with the compliance department dealing with highlighted complaints and press queries.
Nicola accrued a wealth of experience working in small and large IFA firms and within the call centre and back office of a major product provider. Her aim is to use this experience to help you, the adviser, in your business.
